Astronomers suggest an overhaul in the process of defining horoscope on the basis of one's birth date as the earth's position vis-a-vis the sun and other stars has changed since the astrological signs were determined over 2,000 years ago.
Apart from the existing 12 astrological signs, the experts include a 13th sign Ophiuchus, a formation which the ancient Babylonians discarded because they wanted 12 star signs.
From 2011 onwards, the 13th sign has been revealed....which is called Ophiuchus.So what is Ophiuchus? Ophiuchus is like a snake like being..a healer, and also a person which a lot of people hates of. This sign is related to people who leaves home in a young age, love bright colors and was always in love with fashion. This sign is also a seeker of wisdom and knowledge.
Our Sun Sign has changed to the one immediately prior to it or even worse suddenly there is a new Zodiac intruder in the form of a 13th Zodiac sign with the weird name “Ophiuchus” and who wants to be born in a Sun Sign with a name like that? I don't think so. For one, the moment and place in the heavens where Earth was at your birth has not changed. In fact, nothing has changed but someones view of all this. Are we allowed to look at an elephant from different views? Yes we are, and some of those views might not even be all that elegant. We have the same problem here. As you know, astrologers used the common thing to calculate this by naming is "Tropical Zodiac". It is true that zero degrees of the Tropical Zodiac sign Aries has gradually shifted backward a tiny bit each year against the backdrop of the actual constellations in the sky. This effect is called precession. The length of time required for the Earth to swing its axis in a full circle backward through the zodiac is a period of about 25,800 yrs. It therefore takes a little over 2,000 years to precess or move backward through one entire Sun Sign. This is the basis for the” Great Ages.” We are now near the end of the Age of Pisces which began around the time of Christ and near the beginning of the Age of Aquarius.
Another way to calculate is Sidereal Zodiac, which is much more complicated because of the exact calculation of the space and Earth is.
